Caspian Oil Industrial Company is a new, modern production complex within the international holding United Energy Group Limited and one of the country's leading oil refineries. The plant is located in the industrial zone of the city of Aktau — a major seaport on the Caspian coast and one of Kazakhstan's most economically promising centers. All manufactured products are certified within the state technical regulation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The refinery's design capacity for oil processing is 550 thousand tons per year. Modern process units ensure a steady output of Euro-5 automotive gasoline and diesel fuel, as well as marine fuels and fuel oil.
